  • We offer leadership opportunities by dedicating a resident lead to each clinic block who is responsible for overseeing resident clinic tasks and workflow in addition to gathering feedback.
  • Ambulatory patient care extends to our inpatient service, which provides both patients and residents with significant continuity.
  • Our clinic has a dedicated ambulatory staff consisting of nurses, MA’s and front desk staff which are an integral part of the resident ambulatory experience.
  • We have multidisciplinary resources available to our patients within the clinic including: multispecialty clinics (cardiology, endocrinology, rheumatology, etc.), COVID recovery clinic, Spanish language clinic, pharmacists, diabetic educator, dietitian, care management, social work, nurse triage, lab, imaging, anticoagulation clinic, and food pantry.
  • Senior residents hold the clinic pager (with attending backup) once per clinic block to experience and learn how to respond to urgent outpatient calls.
