• Longitudinal Board Review: MKSAP & UWorld based
• Yearly in-training Exam: with individual analysis of scores for each resident
• ITE enrichment Program
• John Hopkins Ambulatory Curriculum
• Board preparation tools reimbursed by the program
• Ongoing redesign of Curricula based on ITE results

Evaluation Process

• Evaluations based on 27 Milestones 2.0 as required by ACGME and ABIM
• Semi-annual Clinical Competency Committee meetings
• Formal evaluation at the end of each rotation
• Peer, Faculty, and self-evaluations
• Nurse evaluations on Oncology and MICU rotations
• Formal, semiannual meeting with an advisor
