Applications for the 2024-2027 fellowship training program will be accepted exclusively via ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Complete applications with all relevant documentation must be posted to ERAS by the deadline date. Incomplete applicant files will not be reviewed for candidacy.
Required elements of the ERAS file should include:
Application Review and Interviews
The Program Director and fellowship faculty members will review and identify potential interview candidates utilizing the guidelines of the ACGME, Residency Review Committee and the ALGH Department of Internal Medicine. Candidates will be invited to interview based upon the quality of application materials and academic credentials. Applicants will be interviewed by the Program Director and no less than two additional faculty members. The opportunity to interact with current fellows will be offered.
Decision
At the conclusion of the interview process, all participating faculty are invited to submit recommendations to the Program Director. These recommendations, along with commentary from interviewing faculty are compiled in the applicant's file and reviewed in detail by the Program Director and the selection committee.
