Advocate Health at Home infusion specialists are highly trained and offer the same level of care you’ve come to expect from Advocate Health Care. Our team members include:

  • Clinical pharmacists who are trained to manage all infusion therapies and monitor your care plan
  • Specialized nurses who are trained in infusion therapy
  • Dietitians who assist with complex nutritional requirements
  • IV technicians who assist with IV therapies and are licensed by the state as well as certified in compounding sterile processing techniques

Our services

Advocate Health at Home infusion specialists provide a wide range of services for patients, including:  

  • Coordinate the transition of infusion therapy from hospital to home with a 4-hour turnaround from receiving a physician’s order
  • Closely follow protocols to initiate nutrition therapies at home for select patients
  • Continually assess the effectiveness of treatments and monitor patients for signs of adverse reactions
  • Communicate regularly with physicians regarding your health status and recommend treatment changes if needed
