WARREN BARR TOWER APARTMENTS
856 W. Nelson St.

Please note – Barr Tower is a smoke free facility.

Barr Tower, located across the street from the hospital, offers convenient housing for residents. The apartments are not furnished, but do come with a stove, and refrigerator. Included in the rent is heat, air conditioning and basic cable TV. Tenant is responsible for the electricity and internet.

The current rental rates (as of June 2022) are as follows:

• Studio $900.00
• One-Bedroom $1,000.00
• Two-Bedroom $1,200.00

Note: (There is a $300.00 Move In/Move Out Non-Refundable Fee)

Rent payment is made through payroll deduction. Further information about this will be provided by Margo Gill, Building Services Coordinator, upon processing of application. If you submit an application for housing, you may contact Ms. Gill after June 1st to learn the status of your application and the availability of your apartment. Ms. Gill is available between the hours of 11:00 am and 7:00 pm (Monday-Friday).

Reminder: The completed Barr Tower application must be returned to Ms. Gill in order to be considered eligible for housing. Housing is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. It is recommended that residents interested in Barr Tower Housing act promptly in returning the completed application.
