  • Infectious Diseases associated with Solid Organ Transplant (Longitudinal)
  • Research (Longitudinal)
  • Staffing (Longitudinal)

Elective Rotations:

  • Elective experiences may be created by resident/program director/learning experience preceptor based on needs/interests
  • Oncology
  • Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Handshake Stewardship

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States (no Visas are accepted)
  • PharmD Degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
  • Eligible for Illinois licensure
  • PGY-2 applicants should submit their application via PhORCAS by January 2nd, 2024
  • An interview is required for eligible applicants.
