  • Pharmacy Practice Experience (Longitudinal)
  • Pharmacy Integrated Clinical Services (1-2 weeks)

Elective Rotations:

  • Mechanical Circulatory Support (2-4 weeks)
  • Solid Organ Transplant (1-4 weeks)
  • Pediatric Infectious Disease (2-4 weeks)
  • Other interests as identified and available (2-4 weeks)

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States (no Visas are accepted)
  • PharmD Degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
  • Eligible for Illinois licensure
