Rotations

Rotations

group of nurses and provdiers talking inside hospital areaContinuity clinic:  We have a strong continuity clinic where residents serve as true primary care providers for their patients. All residents are a part of our general pediatric continuity clinic onsite at Yacktman Outpatient Clinic, which is a designated Patient Centered Medical Home.

Clinical rotations: Our residents are on our innovative X+Y schedule which gives them 2-4 weeks focused on one rotation followed by 1 week of ambulatory pediatrics, including continuity clinic. (please see the individual X+Y schedule info page for more detail).
