Conferences

There are two weekly conferences attended by PM&S residents, the Program Director and other members of the faculty. In addition, a monthly Journal Club is held and a Resident Presentation is done in conjunction with the monthly Grand Rounds. M&M is held quarterly.  Skills labs (e.g., wet labs, sawbones, etc.) are typically held monthly.

Residents are encouraged to attend Internal Medicine and General Surgery Morning Reports and Grand Rounds as their schedule permits and may be required to present at these from time to time. It is required that residents rotating off service attend all conferences, M&M's, etc. that pertain to the service that they are on at the time. These take precedence over PM&S conferences for the residents involved.
