Application procedure

Applications for the NRMP match are accepted via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Their website is https://www.aamc.org/eras and contains all the information you need to get started with an application. For further assistance in ERAS applications you may contact your dean's office.

General information

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, gender, or sexual orientation. While applicants from international schools may be considered, we give priority to students from US medical schools.

• Recruitment season starts at the beginning of October
• The deadline for applications through ERAS is November 1st
• Graduation from medical school should be within the past 3 years
• Personal statement should express interest specifically in Family Medicine
• We are unable to sponsor visas at this time

Allopathic applicants:

USMLE Part II and CSA exam must be passed on the first attempt

Osteopathic applicants:

Comlex level 1 and 2 must be passed on the first attempt
Comlex PE must be passed on the first attempt
