Internship application process
Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Department of Dentistry, Section of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery offers one positions for non-categorical internship. Interns will receive benefits and salary at PGY-1 level.

Include the following:
- 2×2 inch photo of applicant
- CV and personal statement
- Official dental school transcript
- Official undergraduate transcript
- Official NBME CBSE examination scores (preferred but not required)
- Three letters of recommendation
- Must be a graduate of a U.S. or Canadian dental school or an equivalent program
- Must be proficient in the English language
- Must have passed Parts I, II, and National Dental Board Examination
- Must have earned a DMD/DDS degree, or equivalent
- Must be eligible for state dental license; temporary or permanent Illinois license is required
