Community dentistry

The Community Dentistry Program is a hospital-based, fee-for-service, group practice that offers comprehensive general and specialty dental services to hospital employees, residents (both children and adults) of the surrounding hospital community, and to the public at large. Services are provided by the nine fully licensed General Practice residents under the direction of an outstanding multi-specialty attending faculty group. Two of the general dental faculty, Drs. James Benz and Drew Gripentrog, do maintain separate private practices at the Dental Center. Patient benefits include:

• Most specialty procedures performed at the Dental Center. If indicated, more complex procedures will be referred out to staff specialists.
