How to apply

We accept three categorical fellows per year to train for 36 months. We are committed to hiring well-qualified, diverse candidates. We participate in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) process for the application and National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). The following items and documents must be received before your application can be reviewed by the committee.

  1. Three letters of recommendation, including one from the residency program director.
  2. Please ask your references to fill out the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Evaluation Form in addition to their letter of recommendation and send it to ERAS.
  3. Personal statement.
  4. Medical school transcripts.
  5. Copies of USMLE or COMLEX scores.
  6. Current state medical licenses and expiration dates.
  7. One recent photograph.
  8. Copy of ECFMG certificate and scores, if applicable.
  9. Board certifications or eligibility.
  10. J1 Visa / permanent Visa (if applicable).

Please note: Our program cannot sponsor H1B visas or interview these candidates.

After review of your completed application, you may be invited to interview. All 2023 interviews will be held virtually.
