Immediate care center
Immediate care centers handle medical issues that aren't life-threatening but may become worse if you’re unable to see your doctor, such as an uncontrolled spike in your blood sugar level. These centers are open for extended hours and are more convenient and less costly than emergency services.

Hospital emergency services are intended for life-threatening issues or urgent issues that occur when immediate care centers are closed.

To support you on your journey to wellness, we offer diabetes education and care services that give you the skills and confidence you need.
Diabetes education services
Our diabetes educators are here to assist you with diabetes counseling on subjects such as:
- Managing insulin
- Monitoring your blood sugar levels
- Food and nutrition planning
- Exercise and stress management
- Wound care
- Medication management
Support groups and classes include:
- Individual education counseling: Sessions include one-on-one assessments with both a registered nurse and a registered dietitian.
- Comprehensive class overview: A variety of topics are covered in three two-hour classes, offered on consecutive days once a month.
- Diabetes boot camp: This community education series invites expert speakers from cardiology, dentistry, neurology, endocrinology and more specialties to help you understand and manage diabetes and its complications.
- Type 2 diabetes support group: Held monthly, this group supports those with Type 2 diabetes, including family members and friends.
Diabetes treatment center
Our diabetes and endocrine educators offer counseling services recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
