Scheduling M4 rotations

The elective schedule will open on March 1 at 7:00AM CST, preceding the start of the academic year in question. Please email your request to Tara Murphy at LGH-M4RotationScheduling@aah.org and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Expected Graduation (month/year)
  • School name
  • Phone number
  • What you are pursuing for residency
  • List of rotations in order of preference
  • List of start dates in order of preference (see below)
  • Number of rotations you would like to schedule (max of one for pediatrics)

Many departments have applications to aid in approving elective rotations. The appropriate application and any required documentation should accompany your request (see links below). No application is required for IM or Surg.

EM rotations for May thru November start dates are scheduled thru the UIC EM Residency Program using VSLO.

Sub-I rotations are waitlist only, as they are filled by lottery by one or more of our affiliated schools. Please consider an elective rotation.
