Apply to the pediatric critical care fellowship

We participate in the ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) match program. To apply online, visit the Association of American Medical College ERAS website. Please include the following with your application (through ERAS):

  • Three letters of recommendation (one letter should be from your residency training program, and one letter should be from a pediatric intensivist)
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement
  • A wallet-sized color photograph
  • USMLE/COMLEX transcript (transmitted by the NBME)
  • ECFMG status report (for international medical graduates only)

All required clinical education for entry into ACGME-accredited fellowship programs must be completed in an ACGME-accredited residency program, or in an RCPSC-accredited or CFPC-accredited residency program located in Canada. Prerequisite training for entry into a pediatric subspecialty program should include the satisfactory completion of an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency or an RCPSC-accredited residency program located in Canada.
