The deadline for application materials is Jan. 7. Potential candidates will be considered for an interview once all application materials are received.
- Advocate Lutheran General Hospital utilizes PhORCAS for submission of all pharmacy residency application materials.
- Application submission via Phorcas must include:
- At minimum, three letters of recommendation
- Transcripts from college of pharmacy
- Personal statement/Letter of intent
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Pre-registered for the ASHP "Match" Program
- Please be sure to address the following questions in your letter of intent:
- What are your long-term career goals?
- What type of practice setting would you like to be in over the next three to five years?
- Why are you interested in the PGY-2 Pediatric Residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital (ALGH)?
