Fitness is the foundation for good health. Our approach is comprehensive and based on proven medical evidence. While exercising can help with weight loss, we want to do more than help you look good. Exercise can help lower blood pressure, decrease stress and reduce your risk for chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease and obesity, to help you live a longer, healthier life. The medical model reflects the principles and guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and guides everything we do. In fact, we operate under the guidance of a board-certified physician as our medical director. And because we're part of Lutheran General Hospital, we have access to a vast network of expert physicians and other health care providers.
