Virtual visits – sometimes called telehealth or virtual health visits – are a convenient option for getting care with a provider. Instead of visiting a clinic or doctor’s office, you'll simply meet virtually using your mobile device or computer.

Advocate offers three types of virtual visits so you can get medical advice when and where you need it: Quick Care Video Visits, video visits with your provider and e-visits.

You'll need to create a LiveWell account to start a virtual visit or have proxy access if you’re starting a virtual visit for another person, such as your child.
