Catchpenny Resale Shoppe at Advocate Good Shepherd

Located at 118 Main St. in Barrington, Catchpenny opened its doors in 1972 at its current location and is known for value-priced goods. Catchpenny sells clothing, jewelry and small household items. This resale store is primarily run by volunteers with almost 100% of the proceeds going to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.

Catchpenny accepts the following donations in good condition:

• Gently used, clean clothes (of all ages)
• Purses, shoes and jewelry
• Dishes
• Linens
• Housewares
• Pictures
• Hand sports equipment and clothing
• Books and cookbooks (no textbooks or encyclopedias)
• Toys

• Sunday and Monday: Closed
• Tuesday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Catchpenny is not able to accept consignment, electronic devices or furniture. Donations are accepted Tuesday – Saturday until an hour before closing time at the Barrington address.
