The Senior Advocate Program at Advocate Trinity Hospital offers a variety of services for older adults.

Benefits include:

• Free/discounted health screenings including periodic blood pressure checks, flu shots, diabetes screenings and other tests
• Information referral network to help you access a range of community resources including the Lifeline Personal Response and Support Service
