As an older adult, you want to stay healthy and independent. Advocate Christ Medical Center has responded to the needs of older adults by developing a variety of services offering practical help with daily activities, individual and group support, and health and wellness assistance.

These are provided by Senior Advocate, a free membership program through which a counselor can help answer your questions and connect you with the help you need.
