Our full-service pharmacy is conveniently located inside the hospital, so you or a family member can pick up your prescriptions before leaving. Our pharmacists and expert technicians provide prescription medications, over-the-counter products and can answer your questions.
You don’t have to be an Advocate Health Care patient either – our convenient pharmacy services are available for everyone, and we accept most major insurance.

Free prescription mail order delivery
Getting your medications has never been easier. Advocate Aurora Health Mail Order Pharmacy offers a convenient auto-refill, auto-renewal program if you'd like your monthly prescriptions to be refilled automatically. We also offer free shipping to your preferred address. Auto-refill preferences can be changed at any time by calling the pharmacy at 877-409-0148.
We offer mail order delivery to Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
Please note that controlled substances – drugs such as opioids or stimulants that are subject to government regulation – can only be shipped to Illinois and Wisconsin at this time.

With LiveWell, you have easy access to your medical records and prescription information from your computer, tablet or smartphone. LiveWell makes it easy to manage your medications, request refills, select your preferred pharmacy and stay in touch with your care team. LiveWell will also notify you if you’re due for a prescription refill.
