Video remote interpreter connection

Advocate Health Care provides a convenient way to connect patients needing sign language assistance to interpreters. Similar to Skype, the video remote interpreting (VRI) system operates from a bedside cart and can connect a patient with an interpreter in just seconds. Available 24 hours a day so you and your caregivers will have immediate access to this communication aid.

Advocate's mission is to provide quality and compassionate health care to our patients and their families. We understand that hospital bills and insurance claims can be confusing. We want to help you understand what Advocate will do to assist you, how you can assist us and your health plan, and how we can help you with your application for qualifying for government or charity assistance programs.
